At Caribbean Integrity Management, our mission was born from a moment of crisis and opportunity. In the aftermath of Hurricane Maria in September 2017, it became clear that Puerto Rico needed more than just funding—it needed effective, reliable, and integrity-driven project management.
Despite billions in relief funds, many recovery projects stalled or failed due to poor planning, extended timelines, and a lack of organizational development. We recognized a systemic gap—and we stepped in to bridge it.
